河南省新乡县合河乡西元封村属于省级贫困村,为使该村早日摆脱贫困,新乡市人社局毅然承担了结对帮扶贫困村的重任,通过精准识别,从全村301户低收入家庭中,最终甄别贫困户36户涉及92人,经过市人社局、驻村工作队和村“两委”卓有成效的脱贫攻坚工作,2016年底实现贫困户脱贫16户涉及38人。
