阐述了燃煤电厂大气污染物限排政策及执行情况,分析燃煤电厂脱硫、脱硝及除尘技术改造对河南省内煤炭需求变化及销售的影响,针对河南省内煤炭资源分布及煤质状况,提出煤炭企业要加快产品结构调整步伐,推进洁净煤技术革新,增强煤炭企业产品竞争力。
The policy and implementation of air pollutant emission limits in coal-fired power plants are described. The impacts of technological transformation of desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal in coal-fired power plants on coal demand and sales in Henan Province are analyzed. According to the distribution of coal resources and coal quality in Henan Province, It is proposed that coal enterprises should speed up the adjustment of product structure, promote the technological innovation of clean coal and enhance the competitiveness of coal products.
