企业文化作为一种具有价值性、稀缺性、难以模仿和不可替代的无形资源,通过与各种有形资源的有效整合,形成具有独特管理、独特业务、独特技术等能力。企业文化的导向、凝聚、约束、激励、辐射、协调等功能,成为孕育企业核心竞争力的生长土壤,支撑着企业现在和未来的竞争发展优势。随着中国经济的发展,企业文化的重要性在中国众多企业中达成共识。企业文化管理在探索与实践过程中,仍存在着不完善的地方,使企业文化的竞争优势力量未能充分发挥。认识和理解企业文化建设误区和解决问题,是企业文化管理的深层次研究,本文通过从企业文化管理角度思考,论述将战略模式、组织学习、创新、社会责任与企业文化管理深度融合,充分发挥企业文化的力量与作用,为企业带来独有的竞争优势。
As a kind of intangible resource with value, scarcity, hard to imitate and irreplaceable, corporate culture can form a unique management, unique business and unique technology through effective integration with all kinds of tangible resources.
