若可借助翅膀鸟瞰世界各地大学英语专业课堂教学,我们将发现教学活动的巨大差异。而潜藏在巨大差异背后最大的原因是文化差异。此处旨在从大学英语专业课堂教学的角度,运用吉尔特·霍夫斯塔德博士文化层面五分法理论、爱德华·霍尔的文化背景理论以及教育相关理论,如学习过程几大学派、布鲁姆分类法等来分析文化差异及其具体体现。基于上述理论,文化差异在大学英语专业课堂教学中体现的分析将从教育的相关方面切入:课堂环境、教学内容、教学素材、教学方式、教师角色、评估及测验的设计理念和学习风格。
If you can use the wings to bird-eye view of the world of college English teaching, we will find a huge difference in teaching activities. The biggest reason behind the huge difference is cultural differences. The purpose of this article is to use the cultural theory of the quintile of Geert Hofstadter, the cultural background theory of Edward Hall and the related theories of education from the perspective of the college English teaching, Broome classification, etc. to analyze the cultural differences and their specific embodiment. Based on the above theories, the analysis of cultural differences embodied in the classroom teaching of college English majors will focus on relevant aspects of education: the classroom environment, teaching content, teaching materials, teaching methods, teachers’ roles, evaluation concepts and test design concepts and learning styles.
