患儿61/4岁,有长期哮喘和多种食物过敏史,因咽炎、颈强直一周、发热和头痛三天而入院。移动颈时见僵直和疼痛;有唇炎,头发粗糙、干燥、稀少;肝大6 cm。身高105 cm(<第3百分位数),体重14.6 kg(<第3百分位数)。腰穿、血细胞计数和尿分析均正常。血清总蛋白量为5.5 g%,白蛋白3.2 g%,钙9.2mg%,磷3.8 mg%,BUN(尿素氮)10 mg%,胆固醇145 mg%,SGOT 67 IU/ml,T_47μ%(正常范围5.5～11.5),T_3 RIA 172 ng(正常范围80～220),T_3摄入量为30%(正常25.5～34.5%)。长骨X线片除骨龄迟缓为3.5～4年外,余无异常。血清维生素A含量为107.4mg%(正常20～50μcg%)。
Children 61/4 years old, have a long history of asthma and a variety of food allergies, pharyngitis, neck stiffness a week, fever and headache for three days and admission. Serum total protein was 5.5 g%, albumin 3.2 g%, calcium 9.2 mg%, phosphorus 3.8 mg%, BUN (urea nitrogen) 10 mg%, cholesterol 145 mg%, SGOT 67 IU / ml, T_47 μ% 5.5 ~ 11.5), T_3 RIA 172 ng (normal range 80 ~ 220), T_3 intake was 30% (normal 25.5 ~ 34.5%). Long bone X-ray in addition to bone age was 3.5 to 4 years, I no exception. Serum vitamin A content of 107.4mg% (normal 20 ~ 50μcg%).
