城镇化建设已经成为眼下热点,城市区域逐步扩大,国家、开发商都在努力提高土地利用率。而且人们的生活方式在逐渐转变,对生活品质的追求更是在不断提升,WY的设计师们对于这种变化的感触总是灵敏的。以人的居住习惯为出发点,讲究生活的品质是WY设计师的设计着眼点。所以在城市边缘的城郊结合区域,WY尝试推出一种容积率在1.0,户型面积约90m~2的别墅产品,名曰“和墅”。
Urbanization has become a hot spot now, urban areas have gradually expanded, and countries and developers are all striving to improve land utilization. And people’s lifestyle is gradually changing, the pursuit of quality of life is constantly improving, WY designers are always sensitive to this change. To people’s living habits as a starting point, pay attention to the quality of life WY designer’s design focus. So in the suburbs of the city combined with the suburbs, WY try to introduce a volume ratio of 1.0, unit area of about 90m ~ 2 villa products, the name “and villa ”.
