调研并核算了我国典型钢铁企业烧结、球团、炼焦、高炉炼铁、转炉炼钢、热轧、冷轧、自备电站和石灰窑等工序的烟粉尘年排放量及其占全厂的比例。分析了钢铁厂内烟粉尘排放的重点工序,以及各工序中的主要排放源。筛选出了钢铁企业的十大烟粉尘重点排放源,总计占全厂烟粉尘排放量的80.44%。并为钢铁企业的烟粉尘治理及排放监测提出了建议。
Investigation and calculation of annual emissions of smoke and dust in the processes of sinter, pellet, coking, blast furnace ironmaking, converter steelmaking, hot rolling, cold rolling, self-provided power station and lime kiln in China’s typical iron and steel enterprises and their proportions in the whole plant . The key processes for smoke and dust emissions in the steelworks are analyzed, as well as the major sources of emissions in each process. Ten steel and iron enterprises were selected as key emission sources of dust and smoke, accounting for 80.44% of the total dust emission of the entire factory. And for the iron and steel enterprises smoke dust control and emissions monitoring made recommendations.
