目的:探讨思维导图对妇产科护理教学的应用价值。方法:本研究回顾分析我院护理班级2015级100名学生的实践研究资料,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组实施常规方法教学,实验组实施思维导图法教学,比较两组学生的教学效果。结果:实验组学生的无菌操作技术和静脉输液操作技能考核结果等均明显优于对照组,两组学生教学实践结果比较具有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。实验组学生平均考试成绩为(92.1±2.1)分,对照组学生平均考试成绩为(84.1±3.5)分,两组学生考试成绩比较具有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在妇产科护理教学中应用思维导图教学法,有助于学生护理操作技能的提高和相关知识的记忆,值得推广应用。
Objective: To explore the value of mind map in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing. Methods: This study retrospectively analyzed 100 cases of nursing students in our hospital 100 students of practical research data were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, the control group to implement conventional methods of teaching, experimental group implementation of the mind mapping method teaching, compared two groups Student’s teaching effectiveness. Results: The results of aseptic technique and intravenous operation skill test of experimental group were significantly better than that of control group. There was significant statistical difference between the two groups in teaching practice (P <0.05). The average test score of the experimental group was (92.1 ± 2.1) points, while the average score of the control group was (84.1 ± 3.5) points. There was a significant statistical difference (P <0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion: The application of mind mapping teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching can help students to improve their nursing skills and memory of relevant knowledge, which is worth popularizing and applying.
