通过6个水稻广亲和品种的双列杂交研究了籼粳杂交的小穗育性遗传。结果表明:品种02428、培矮64、广亲21、Lemont、培C311,红壳老鼠牙及其杂种F1和F2的小穗育性均超过80%,只有培矮64与广亲21的杂种F1、培矮64和Lemont的杂种F2、广亲21与红壳老鼠牙的杂种F2的小穗育性低于75%,说明品种培矮64与广亲21的广亲和性可能受同其它4个品种位点不等位基因的控制。依据Dudley模型计算其它4个品种分别对02428/培矮64、广亲21/Lemont、培C311/红壳老鼠牙的遗传参数μB间、μC间、μD间、μE间、μF间和μG间差异不显著,表明水稻籼粳杂交的小穗育性的表达受主基因的控制,广亲和基因的数目和种类在各品种间是相同的。
Spikelet fertility in indica-japonica hybrids was studied by the double crosses of six wide compatibility varieties. The results showed that the spikelet fertility of varieties 02428, Pei’ai 64, broad pro 21, Lemont, Pei Caili, red shell mouse teeth and their F1 and F2 hybrids exceeded 80% , Pei’ai 64 and Lemont’s F2, Guang-21 and red shell mouse hybrid F1 hybrid spikelet fertility of less than 75%, indicating Pei-breed 64 and wide pro 21 wide compatibility may be affected by other 4 A variety of locus not controlled by alleles. The number and variety of broad-compatibility genes are the same among varieties.
