目的:运用基因分型技术对一起由维尔肖沙门菌引起的食物中毒进行溯源分析,探讨分子分型技术在沙门菌食物中毒中病原菌溯源和应用可能性。方法:采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)法对一起食物中毒事件中分离的11株维尔肖沙门菌进行基因分型和溯源性分析。结果:从病人肛拭中分离出的8株维尔肖沙门菌和引起该食物中毒的食物中分离的3株菌株都属于同一克隆。结论:此次食物中毒由同一株维尔肖沙门菌引起,PFGE分型技术可以直观的判断分离菌的亲缘关系,为流行病学调查和溯源提供可靠而实际的依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the traceability of a food poisoning caused by Virschus schizophyllas by genotyping, and to explore the traceability and application possibility of molecular typing in pathogens of Salmonella food poisoning. Methods: Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) was used to genotype and trace the 11 strains of Wechslerlois isolated from a food poisoning incident. Results: All three isolates isolated from Salmonella Wilmers and the food poisoned by this food belonged to the same clone. Conclusion: The food poisoning is caused by the same strain of Wechsler bacteria, PFGE typing can directly determine the genetic relationship of the isolates, and provide a reliable and practical basis for epidemiological investigation and traceability.
