小学生无论是心态还是心智方面,都没有发展成熟,作为小学班主任在班级管理工作中就肩负着重要的任务,本文从笔者自己的经验出发,分析班主任在班级管理中的工作开展。
As a primary school teacher in charge of class management, the primary school student shoulders the important task both in mentality and mental aspect. From the author’s own experience, this paper analyzes the work of the teacher in class management.
