分析低亚麻酸油用亚麻后代品系的农艺性状间的关系及其对产量的贡献,可以为育种选择提供理论依据。试验分别考察了来自LH620个油用亚麻品系的主要农艺性状,分析结果表明,其农艺性状均存在丰富的遗传变异。通过平均数分析,得出其变异幅度不同。通过相关分析,6对性状达到显著或极显著相关。通过进行主成分分析,分别选取能代表全部遗传信息85%以上的5个主成分,并对各个性状在相应主成分中的贡献率进行分析,LH6应选单株粒重较大,果球数较多,含油率较高,株高、工艺长度、分枝数适中的材料。
Analyzing the relationship between agronomic traits and their contribution to yield of flax progenies for low linolenic oil may provide a theoretical basis for breeding selection. The main agronomic traits of flax lines from LH620 oil were investigated respectively. The results showed that there were abundant genetic variations in their agronomic traits. By means of the average analysis, the variation amplitude is different. Through correlation analysis, 6 pairs of traits reached significant or extremely significant correlation. By principal component analysis, five principal components that can represent more than 85% of all genetic information were selected, and the contribution rate of each trait in the corresponding principal components was analyzed. LH6 should be selected larger grain weight, More, higher oil content, plant height, process length, the number of branches moderate material.
