滑膜软骨瘤病是一种少见的关节滑膜疾患 ,也可以发生在滑膜和腱鞘。滑膜增生及其结缔组织细胞化生形成软骨小体是本病的主要特征。我院自 1979年以来共治疗 6例。其中手术及病理证实 5例 ,1例有典型 X线表现因故未手术。现将典型的 2例报告如下。临床资料例 1 男 ,33岁。右肘
Synovial chondromatosis is a rare joint synovial disorder that can also occur in synovial and tendon sheaths. Synovial hyperplasia and the formation of cartilosomes from connective tissue are the main features of this disease. Six cases have been treated in our hospital since 1979. Among them, 5 cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology, and 1 case had typical X-ray findings due to no operation. The typical 2 cases are reported below. Clinical data 1 male, 33 years old.
