在《水法》实施十周年之际,陕西省三门峡库区管理局在全库区范围内掀起了一场较大规模的纪念“世界水日”和“中国水周”的宣传活动.1998年是该局确定的“库区水政执法年”,这次活动围绕这一中心,以“强化水政监察,促进库区治理”为主题,由刚刚成立的省属水工程管理单位中首家挂牌的专职水政监察队伍——省三管局水政监察支队负责组织实施,由19名专职水政监察人员参加,6台宣传车辆参与,迎寒风,冒雨雪,自3月20日起,历时9天,遍及库区3市12县6O多个村镇、厂矿单位巡回宣传.
