目的探讨前牙(四环素牙、氟斑牙、变色牙、釉质发育不全、小面积缺损)美容修复方法及疗效。方法选择48例患者,随机分为2组,每组24例,分别用聚合瓷间接树脂贴面和全瓷贴面修复,随访1年,并评价其疗效。结果分别考察颜色满意度、边缘适合性、染色、脱落、术后敏感5个指标,差异无统计学意义。结论全瓷贴面与间接树脂贴面对前牙美容修复均具有较好的修复效果,因此聚合瓷间接树脂贴面有望取代全瓷贴面而成为前牙美容修复的首选方案。
Objective To investigate the method and effect of cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth (tetracycline tooth, dental fluorosis, discolored tooth, enamel hypoplasia, small area defect). Methods Forty-eight patients were randomly divided into 2 groups (24 in each group). The patients were treated with an indirect resin veneer and an all-ceramic veneer. The patients were followed up for 1 year, and the curative effect was evaluated. The results were examined color satisfaction, edge fit, staining, shedding, postoperative sensitivity of five indicators, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion All-ceramic veneer and indirect resin veneer on the anterior teeth cosmetic repair have a good repair effect, so the indirect implants is expected to replace all-ceramic veneer veneer as the first choice for aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth.
