证明责任倒置是证明责任分配的一个重要内容,是与证明责任分配一般原则相对应的,是证明责任分配的特殊规则。它们都是为了通过举证责任的配置达到查明案件真实、实现诉讼公平、追求诉讼效率与经济等诉讼价值。现就证明责任倒置做进一步探讨和研究。
Proving that the liability is inverted is an important part of the burden of proof and corresponds to the general principle of the burden of proof.
