一、模板系统采用整体吊装支模一九八○年,我公司开始试用组合钢模板时,采用单块直接组装的工艺。这种施工工艺,劳动强度大,效率低,组装工效仅达0.8平方米/工日;同时,高空作业多,实现安全生产难度也较大。后来,我们采用了地面组装、整体吊装、一次就位的支模工艺。将高空作业变为地面拼装,组装工效显著提高,平均达4平方米/工日。整体吊装支模,减轻了劳动强度,提高了施工速度,保证了工程质量。我们在墙模板、柱模板、梁模板和楼板模板支模中,都采用了整体吊装工艺。模板
