【摘要】目的“探讨中老年女性的尿失禁现状及对抑郁、自尊感的影响。方案：抽样延安市中年女性450例，发放自我测评问卷调查尿失禁症状、抑郁、自尊感。将所获的数据录入SPSS 10.0软件进行统计学分析。结果：延安市中老年女性的尿失禁发病率为51.11%，其中压力性尿失禁5826%，混合型尿失禁37.83%，急迫性尿失禁391%；尿失禁女性的抑郁分数显著高于正常组（P<0.01）,自尊感与尿失禁症状有负相关（P<005）。结论：尿失禁严重地影响中年女性的心理健康，建议实行尿失禁预防教育和管理措施，應包括减轻抑郁、增强自尊感的干预。

【中图分类号】R473.6【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1008-6455（2011）10-0034-02【Abstract】The purpose is to disguss the influence of middle or old aged women’s urine disease on dumps and self-respect.The method is that choosing 450 middle aged women in yan’an as example and giving out questionaire to ingest urine disease, dumps and self-respect,and then record the statistics into SPSS 10.0 software to have a general analysis.As a result, the rate of urine disease is 51.11%.The rate of urine disease on presure is 58.26 persent, on mixed style is 37.83 persent and on ansiety is 3.91 persent. The score of dumps of the urine disease is obviously higher than normal person(P<0.01),self-respect and urine disease have negtive relavance（P<0.05）. To a conclusion,Losing control in urine has a great effect on the psychology health of middle aged women. Therefore, the suggestion is to take measures to have edcation to prevent urine disease and control it, including reducing blues rate and strenthening the interference on self-respect.
