辽宁与日本有着长期的农产品贸易伙伴关系。特别是进入 90年代以来，辽宁在“第二次创业”战略牵动下，农业有了长足的发展，外张力大增。同时，在关贸总协定乌拉圭回合谈判和 WTO规则的压力下，日本农产品市场保护显出放松迹象，给辽宁与日本农产品贸易提供了进一步发展的契机
Liaoning and Japan have long-term agricultural trade partnership. Especially since the 1990s, under the strategic influence of “second start-up” in Liaoning, great progress has been made in agriculture and its external tension has greatly increased. Meanwhile, under the pressure of the Uruguay Round of GATT negotiations and the WTO rules, the protection of Japanese agricultural markets shows signs of relaxation and provides an opportunity for the further development of agricultural trade between Liaoning and Japan
