要切实贯彻落实十四届四中全会精神,把改革、发展和稳定工作做好,离不开扎扎实实地干实事,正如邓小平同志强调的那样“要腾出时间来多办实事,多做少说”。江泽民同志也多次提出“多干些实事,少说些空话”。这种强调务实的思想,对于我们工作的指导意义是深远而现实的。如何实践,我们认为关键在于建立干实事的机制,即在党内外形成一种激励、认同和督促各单位与广大干部干实事的氛围和环境,使干实事成为社会的共识,成为各级领导和广大党员、干部的工作准则与实践方向,从而推动我周的各项事业不断向前发展。
