2017年7月26日,受局地热对流和副热带高压边缘水汽充沛共同影响,渭河流域上游区渭源至陇西一带突发历史罕见大暴雨,导致渭源、陇西城区发生内涝,渭河干支流不同程度发生洪水灾害,冲毁民房、道路、农田等基础设施,给当地人民生命财产和工农业生产带来了严重损失。在收集和调查暴雨洪水资料的基础上,分析计算了本次暴雨洪水量级,探讨了暴雨洪水的成因及变化特性,为今后山洪灾害预警和防灾减灾采取有效处置措施提供技术支持。
On July 26, 2017, due to the combination of geothermal convection and abundant water vapor at the edge of the subtropical high, rare heavy rains in the history of Weiyuan-Longxi upstream of the Weihe River basin led to waterlogging in the Weiyuan and Longxi urban districts and to varying degrees in the Weihe River tributaries Flood disasters, the destruction of houses, roads, farmland and other infrastructures have caused serious losses to the lives and property of local people and the production of industry and agriculture. Based on the collection and investigation of storm flood data, the storm flood magnitude is analyzed and calculated, the causes and characteristics of storm flood are discussed, and technical support is provided for effective measures for early warning of mountain torrent disaster and disaster prevention and mitigation.
