无损探伤方法基本上分为两大类:一类是制件内部探伤,如 X 光法、γ射线法及超声波探伤法等;另一类是制件表面探伤,如萤光法、磁粉法、着色法等。由于无损探伤方法能准确如实地将制件内部及表面的缺陷反映出来,而不损坏制件,对工业产品的研制、定型、生产起了一定的保证作用,从而促进了现代工业的发展。从前表面探伤方法——着色法、磁粉法,及萤光法在探伤检验的过程中,虽然能准确迅速地将制件表面的缺陷反映出来,但不能将缺陷准确真实地复制下来,因而满足不了生产与科研上的需要。为此,在学习了兄弟厂的经验以及我厂“用可剥性塑料(溶剂类)铝板封存”试验的基础上,经过了一系列的探讨试验以后,
