改革开放特别是进入新世纪以来,我国建材工业取得了快速发展,主要建材产品产量已居世界领先地位,我国已成为全球最大的建材生产国和消费国。在取得重大成就的同时,我国建材行业也面临新的挑战和矛盾,结构调整、科技创新、节能减排、资源配置、产业链拓展和国际合作成为行业可持续发展的六大挑战。特别是在国家节能减排约束性压力不断增大的情况下,节能减排已成为现阶段建材行业发展的突出矛盾和中心工作之一。
Since the reform and opening up, especially in the new century, China’s building material industry has witnessed rapid development. The output of major building materials products has taken the lead in the world. China has become the largest producer and consumer of building materials in the world. While significant achievements have been made, China’s building materials industry is also facing new challenges and contradictions. Structural readjustment, technological innovation, energy conservation and emission reduction, resource allocation, expansion of the industrial chain and international cooperation have become the six major challenges for the sustainable development of the industry. Especially in the national energy-saving emission reduction constraints continue to increase pressure on the case, energy-saving emission reduction has become the current phase of building materials industry, one of the prominent contradictions and center.
