目的了解荧光增白剂生产线技术改造前后尘毒危害控制效果。方法对某化学厂荧光增白剂生产线技术改造前后尘毒职业病危害因素和防护设施效果进行现场调查和检测。结果该项目存在的尘毒危害因素主要为粉尘和甲醇,其中在技术改造前成品车间装袋机岗位粉尘为12.1 mg/m3,缩合车间精品和粗品压滤岗位甲醇为353.1 mg/m3和1 401.4 mg/m3,超标严重。通过对生产车间内配备可移动的大功率风机以及安装密闭隔离排风装置和布袋除尘器等措施后,相应岗位的粉尘为2.0 mg/m3,甲醇为12.0 mg/m3和29.3 mg/m3,浓度明显低于国家职业接触限值。结论该项目对尘毒危害关键控制点的改造是有效的。
Objective To understand the control effect of dust poisoning before and after technological innovation of fluorescent whitening agent production line. Methods Field investigation and testing were conducted on the hazard factors of occupational dust and occupational diseases before and after technological transformation of a fluorescent whitening agent production line in a chemical plant. Results The main risk factors of dust poisoning in the project were dust and methanol, of which, the dust in the bagging machine of the finished product workshop was 12.1 mg / m3 before the technical transformation, 353.1 mg / m3 and 1 401.4 mg / m3, excessive serious. Through the production workshop equipped with removable high-power fans and the installation of closed isolation exhaust and bag filter and other measures, the corresponding position of the dust 2.0 mg / m3, methanol 12.0 mg / m3 and 29.3 mg / m3 concentration Obviously lower than the national occupational exposure limit. Conclusion The project is effective to transform the key control points of dust poisoning.
