企业文化是社会文化体系中的一个重要组成部分,是民族传统文化和现代市场经济氛围下形成的具有企业特点的企业文化。企业文化是企业在现有的社会经济发展环境中,以及企业自身的生产经营过程中形成的管理理念、管理方式和各类行为规范的总和,是社会文化的亚文化,它对企业内部、经济社会和自然环境有着直接和间接的影响与作用。本文从企业的外部性和社会责任出发,提出企业文化的第五层结构——社会属性及其在构建和谐社会中的重要作用。
