本文提出了复杂体型高层建筑结构空间分析方法。将高层建筑结构离散为薄壁柱元、普通柱元和梁元。根据符拉索夫理论建立薄壁柱元的单元刚度矩阵和刚度转换矩阵。考虑了截面扭转翘曲的作用,薄壁柱截面可由多肢剪力墙构成,形状多种多样,因此这种方法可以分析平面和立面结构布置都很复杂的结构,适用性广。本方法的可靠性已经两个模型试验验证。所编制的程序SATS已在50多个重要工程中应用,包括深圳国际贸易中心和中央彩电中心大楼。
This paper presents a spatial analysis method for complex tall buildings. The high-rise building structure is divided into thin wall column elements, ordinary column elements and beam elements. Based on the Vlasov theory, the element stiffness matrix and stiffness transformation matrix of the thin-walled column element are established. Considering the effect of torsional warping of the cross section, the section of the thin wall column can be composed of a multi-shaft shear wall with various shapes. Therefore, this method can analyze the structure where the plane and the facade structure are very complex and has wide applicability. The reliability of this method has been verified by two model tests. The SATS program has been applied in more than 50 important projects, including the Shenzhen International Trade Center and the Central Color TV Building.
