在新时代呼唤新的外语教学理念的今天,跨文化外语教学思想当仁不让地成为当今外语教学的潮流和发展趋势。然而,我国外语教师的跨文化能力还远远不能胜任这一新理念的要求。对外语教师进行跨文化培训势在必行。本文在对外语教师跨文化能力的内涵进行阐释的基础上,提出了一个外语教师跨文化能力培训框架,阐述了其目的、内容和方法,并设计了一个为期两天的培训计划以举例说明。
In the new era of calling for a new concept of foreign language teaching, cross-cultural foreign language teaching thought doing my part to become the trend of today’s foreign language teaching and development trends. However, the cross-cultural abilities of foreign language teachers in our country are far from being able to fulfill the requirements of this new concept. Cross-cultural training of foreign language teachers is imperative. Based on the explanation of the connotation of cross-cultural competence of foreign language teachers, this paper proposes a training framework for cross-cultural competence of foreign language teachers, elaborates on its purpose, content and methods, and designs a two-day training program to give examples.
