我国北方气候寒冷,每年用于采暖的能耗很大,但冬季室温仍然较低,其原因就是外墙传热系数大,建筑物保温性能差。为此,建设部颁发了《民用建筑节能设计标准》,北京市也制订了相应的实施细则。中国建筑一局科研所研究摸索出一套外墙内贴带饰面聚苯板保温新工艺,其作法是,用点状分布的胶粘剂把自熄性聚苯板保温材料贴在墙体内侧,使聚苯板与墙体之间形成空气层,在聚苯板表面抹饰面石膏浆,形成硬质面层(图1)。 1 施工工艺北京市丰台区太平桥小区中1、中2和东7、东8号楼,系18层塔楼,钢筋混凝
The climate in the north of China is cold and the energy consumption for heating is very high every year, but the room temperature in winter is still low. The reason is that the external wall has a large heat transfer coefficient and the building has poor thermal insulation properties. To this end, the Ministry of Construction has issued the “Civil Building Energy Efficiency Design Standards”, and Beijing has also formulated corresponding implementation rules. A research institute of the China Building Construction Bureau researched and found a new method of thermal insulation of polyphenyl board with external walls. The practice is to use a dotted adhesive to stick the self-extinguishing polystyrene board insulation material to the inner side of the wall.
