山西省平陆县东沟煤矿位于平陆县东部曹川镇下坪村境内,是曹川镇办集体煤矿。2003年12月山西省国土资源厅换发了1400000331487号采矿许可证,批准井田面积2.5953KM2,开采太原组10#煤层。保有地质储量218万吨,可采储量150万吨。矿井设计生产能力9万吨/年,剩余服务年限11.9年。该矿始建于1986年,利用井田北部一对斜井开拓井田,一直以来采用短壁巷柱式采煤方法,使得资源回收率
