经济全球化对中国企业来说,既是机遇又是挑战。在激烈的全球市场竞争中,人才始终是构成企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分,而外语人才更是重中之重。本文剖析了经济全球化时代企业外语人才的重要性和需求特点,指出了我国当前企业外语人才发展中存在的弊端,提出了全球化背景下我国外语人才发展战略选择的思路与措施。
Economic globalization is both an opportunity and a challenge for Chinese enterprises. In the fierce competition in the global market, talent is always an important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises, while foreign language talents are the most important. This paper analyzes the importance and demand characteristics of foreign language talents in the era of economic globalization, points out the shortcomings in the current development of foreign language talents in China, and puts forward the ideas and measures for the strategic choice of foreign language talents in the globalization.
