一个月前,上海电子信息职业技术学院的周智文副院长还很高兴:经过几个月的努力,他已成功地和著名跨国公司英特尔达成协议。英特尔公司准备在电子信息职业技术学院招收14名相关专业的应届毕业生。周智文想,好不容易才为本校毕业生争取到这让许多名牌本科院校毕业生都垂涎三尺的机会,肯定会受到毕业生欢迎。可一个星期过去了,学院招生办老师仅收到了7份简历,这让周智文副院长有些哭笑不得,颇感尴尬。
