目的探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)与高血压患者颈动脉硬化的关系。方法选择120例高血压患者采用超声法检测颈动脉内膜中层厚度;用免疫学方法测定血清中hsCRP浓度,然后分析超声结果与血清hsCRP浓度的关系。结果 IMT增厚组与斑块形成组(颈动脉粥样硬化组)血清hsCRP平均水平都明显高于超声正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 hsCRP在高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化发生发展过程中可能起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) and carotid atherosclerosis in hypertensive patients. Methods The carotid intima-media thickness was measured by ultrasound in 120 hypertensive patients. The serum hsCRP level was measured by immunological method. The relationship between the ultrasound and serum hsCRP level was analyzed. Results The average serum hsCRP levels in IMT thickening group and plaque formation group (carotid atherosclerosis group) were significantly higher than those in normal ultrasound group (P <0.05). Conclusion hsCRP may play an important role in the development of carotid atherosclerosis in hypertensive patients.
