应用ICP-MS对乌苏里江、松花江的圆顶珠蚌肌肉中的Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Cr,Fe,Mn,Ca,Na等9种金属元素进行了对比分析,考察了不同水环境中生活的圆顶珠蚌对金属元素的富集情况差异。用微波消解法预处理,用硝酸作为消化液对样本进行消解,利用碰撞池的技术消除分子干扰,检测标准物质系列,校准曲线线性相关系数在0.9991~0.9998之间。利用加标回收的方法评价了方法的可行性,分析海带标准物质各元素回收率在82.3%~101.9%之间,相对标准偏差在3.8%~9.2%之间(n=7)。乌苏里江圆顶珠蚌肌肉中的Cu,Pb,Zn,Cr,Cd含量小于产自松花江的圆顶珠蚌,Ca,Na,Fe,Mn元素在两条河流中分布差异不大。

The contents of Cu, Pb, Zn, Cr and Cd in the muscle of Udonipylla glabra were less than that of the dome-shaped mussel in the Songhua River. There was no significant difference in the distribution of Ca, Na, Fe and Mn among the two rivers.
