目的:分析颞叶局灶性皮质发育不良(focal cortical dysplasia,FCD)患者术前智力及影响因素。方法:收集本癫痫中心近5年内经病理诊断为颞叶FCD患者术前各方面的资料,包括人口社会学、临床症状学及术前IQ测量结果等。结果:FCD智力低下发生率为42.6%。文化程度及服用托吡酯(topiramate,TPM)与FCD术前IQ相关,且文化程度是术前IQ的预测因子。结论 :颞叶FCD患者术前智力受文化程度的影响,并可能与TPM服用有关,对低文化程度的该类患者建议避免TPM的使用。
Objective: To analyze preoperative intelligence and its influencing factors in patients with focal cortical dysplasia (FCD). Methods: The data of various aspects of the preoperative diagnosis of temporal lobe FCD in the epilepsy center in recent 5 years were collected, including population sociology, clinical symptomology and preoperative IQ measurement. Results: The prevalence of mental retardation in FCD was 42.6%. Educational attainment and taking topiramate (TPM) were correlated with preoperative IQ of FCD, and the educational level was a predictor of preoperative IQ. CONCLUSION: The preoperative intelligence of patients with temporal lobe FCD is influenced by their educational level and may be related to the use of TPM. For patients with low educational level, it is recommended to avoid the use of TPM.
