《中华人民共和国教育法》规定:我国的学校的教学及其他行政管理由校长负责,实行“校长负责制”。对于校长来说,通过建立一种有效的沟通、交流、合作方式,可以使学校不断产生自我生长的能力。从沟通的对象上看,校长的日常沟通主要包括与教师的沟通、与学生的沟通、与家长的沟通以及与社会的沟通,其中的沟通艺术因人而异,各不相同。
The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Education stipulates that the teaching and other administrative management of schools in our country shall be under the responsibility of the president and the principle of “principal responsibility ” shall be implemented. For principals, by establishing an effective way of communication, exchange and cooperation, the school can constantly produce self-growth ability. From the perspective of the object of communication, principals’ daily communication mainly includes communication with teachers, communication with students, communication with parents and communication with society. The art of communication varies from person to person and from person to person.
