March 28, 2006, organized by Wuhan Science and Technology Bureau, Science and Technology Progress and Countermeasures magazine hosted the “study and implementation of the spirit of the National Science and Technology Conference to enhance the capability of independent innovation of science and technology in Wuhan” forum was held in Wuhan Science and Technology Building.
