一、前言 目前国内外在电弧炉和真空精炼炉等的电极控制液压系统中,广泛采用乳化液作为工作介质,这种介质的价格一般比液压油便宜,制备容易而且最主要是具有防火的优点。但是对于我国广大北方寒冷地区冬季气温很低,而乳化液在0℃以下将出现油水分离甚至结冻,因此限制了它在北方地区的使用。目前我国尚未很好地解决这一问题,有的厂家只好采取冬季停产的消极办法。本文提出的用加热旁路内部循环的办法彻底解决了电炉乳化液冬季防冻问题。该装置已实际应用于某厂从国外引进的真空电弧精炼炉上,经过生产的考验,取得了显著的经济效益,每年可为国家多炼4500多吨的优质钢,价值数百万元。该装置经冶金部组织全国鉴定会通过。
I. INTRODUCTION Currently in the electrode control hydraulic system of electric arc furnace and vacuum refining furnace, the emulsion liquid is widely used as working medium at home and abroad. The price of such medium is generally cheaper than that of hydraulic oil. The preparation is easy and the most important is the advantage of fire prevention . However, the temperature in winter is very low in the cold northern part of our country, and the oil-water separation or even freezing will occur below 0 ° C, which limits its use in the northern part of China. At present, China has not yet solved this problem well, and some manufacturers have to adopt a negative approach to stop production in winter. In this paper, the method of internal circulation with heating bypass is adopted to completely solve the winter frost problem of EAF. The device has been actually applied to a vacuum arc refining furnace imported from abroad by a factory. After the test of production, remarkable economic benefits have been achieved. It can annually produce more than 4,500 tons of high-quality steel for the country with a value of several million yuan. The device by the Ministry of Metallurgical National Identification will be adopted.
