作为从事水电企业文化建设和精神文明建设的重要职位,政工师为水电企业作出了重要贡献。在水电企业经济管理、先进的企业文化建设、提高员工的素质等多个方面为企业做了大量的重要思想政治工作。在本文中,笔者结合自身工作经验,对水电企业政工师如何配合企业开展思想政治工作,政工师在水电企业中如何进行角色定位以及政工师在水电企业中具有的作用谈谈个人的看法。
