全面预算管理对于企业发展而言具有至关重要的作用,开展全面预算管理可以提高企业核心竞争力,加大对企业的管理与控制的力度,对于企业的长久发展是不可或缺的因素。在当前,许多企业都在应用全面预算管理体制,并且也取得了极大的成功,但全面预算管理具有系统性的特质,只有基于完善的管理制度作为基础,才会有效地提高企业管理水平。本文主要针对于全面预算管理的内涵及特点作为论文的切入点,论述了加大全面预算管理在企业中应用的必要性,进而提出相关方法。
Total budget management plays a crucial role in the development of an enterprise. To carry out a comprehensive budget management can improve its core competitiveness and increase the management and control over the enterprise, which is an indispensable factor for the long-term development of an enterprise. At present, many enterprises are applying the comprehensive budget management system and have achieved great success. However, the overall budget management has systematic characteristics. Only based on a sound management system, it can effectively improve the management level of the enterprise. This paper focuses on the connotation and characteristics of the overall budget management as the starting point of the dissertation, discusses the necessity of increasing the application of the overall budget management in the enterprise, and then puts forward the related methods.
