以韭菜迟眼蕈蚊成虫和幼虫为试材,采用胃毒触杀联合毒力法和成虫药膜法,测定几种杀虫剂对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊成虫和幼虫的毒力。结果表明:二嗪磷对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊幼虫具有较高的活性,为59.05mg/kg,其次为阿维菌素,为72.89mg/kg;对成虫测定结果表明,联苯菊酯、马拉硫磷对成虫活性高于噻虫嗪、烯啶虫胺,分别为0.30、0.15mg/kg,对成虫表现出良好的活性。二嗪磷、阿维菌素、联苯菊酯、马拉硫磷可以作为韭菜迟眼蕈蚊幼虫、成虫期防治的理想药剂。
