建立顶岗实习的长效运行机制是目前产学合作教育工作中的重点与难点,浙江机电职业技术学院根据浙江经济发展实际及学院所服务的企业规模、分布特点,积极探索校企合作的机制创新,建设了地区产学合作工作站,在建立顶岗实习长效机制,深化工学结合教学模式,打造有实效、高水平的企业兼职教师队伍,构建高校为企业服务从而巩固校舍合作的双赢机制等方面,进行了有益的探索。
