目的分析病毒性脑炎(VE)患儿脑脊液(CSF)钙结合蛋白S-100B、CSF白蛋白/血清白蛋白(CALB/SALB)比值的动态变化,探讨其与VE病程的关系及其临床意义。方法对12例VE患儿分别在入院的第1、4d进行CSF-S100B、CALB和SALB的定量检测,S100B采用双抗体夹心法检测,免疫透射比浊法检测CALB和SALB,以无中枢神经系统病变的儿童为对照组,统计分析其水平变化的临床意义。结果CSF-S100B在VE病程中呈显著的动态变化,VE早期即有明显升高(P<0.05),而CALB/SALB比值在VE早期无明显变化(P>0.05),其明显变化出现在入院第4d;CSF-S100B和CALB/SALB比值在入院第4d呈明显正相关(r=0.637,P<0.01),在入院第1d无相关性。结论VE患儿CSF-S100B、CALB/SALB比值均有升高,其水平与病情的发生、发展和病情严重程度有关;CSF-S100B在VE病程中的灵敏变化,使其在VE的早期诊断具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To analyze the dynamic changes of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) calcium-binding protein S-100B and the ratio of CSF albumin / serum albumin (CALB / SALB) in children with viral encephalitis (VE) and to explore its relationship with the course of VE and its clinical significance . Methods The serum levels of CSF-S100B, CALB and SALB were measured in 12 children with VE at the first and fourth day of hospital admission. S100B was detected by double antibody sandwich method. CALB and SALB were detected by immunoturbidimetric assay. The central nervous system Children with lesions as control group, statistical analysis of the clinical significance of its level changes. Results CSF-S100B showed a significant dynamic change during the course of VE, with a significant increase in early VE (P <0.05), but no significant change in CALB / SALB in early VE (P> 0.05) On the 4th day, the ratio of CSF-S100B to CALB / SALB was significantly positively correlated with the 4th day of admission (r = 0.637, P <0.01). There was no correlation at the 1st day after admission. Conclusions The CSF-S100B, CALB / SALB ratio of VE patients are increased, and their levels are related to the occurrence, development and severity of the disease. The sensitive changes of CSF-S100B in the course of VE make it have a Higher application value.
