首先从电力系统控制、运行、管理需求分析出发,提出了与现有处理实时信息的监控与数据采集(SCADA)系统平行的一种新的厂站级设备,即变电站智能信息集成与数据服务器(SIADS),用于集中处理变电站内非实时、准实时智能设备的集中式信息集成与数据服务,并提出了采用嵌入式系统相关的硬件指标与数据处理模型。为实现该服务器的目标,采用MPC8250作为其主CPU,并提出了以MPC8250为核心的中央控制单板。在应用软件中,根据IEC61850作为该服务器的设计指导原则,包括其信息建模和基于制造报文规范(MMS)的上行通信协议。
First of all, based on the analysis of power system control, operation and management requirements, a new plant-level equipment is proposed, which is parallel with the existing SCADA system, ie, intelligent information integration and data server SIADS) for centralized processing of centralized information integration and data services for non-real-time, near-real-time smart devices in substations. The hardware metrics and data processing models using embedded systems are also proposed. In order to realize the goal of this server, adopt MPC8250 as its main CPU, and put forward the central control board taking MPC8250 as the core.
