近几年来,我院采取了一系列系统的综合激励机制,激发了科技人员的研究热情,以科技发展作为医院发展的主旋律,逐步提高医院的科学技术水平,把医院的各项建设推向前进。现仅将我们的经验和做法作简要的介绍。
