一个目标,两个主题,三个提升,三个机制,三个建设。党的十八届三中全会以来,烟台市认真贯彻落实中央和省委、省政府系列决策部署,积极加强国有企业党的建设,加快推进产权结构多元化、资产资本证券化、运行机制规范化,不断健全完善公司法人治理结构,大力发展混合所有制经济,国企国资改革纵深推进,国有经济活力、影响力、控制力和抗风险能力明显增强。
