随着经济适用房、个人自建房建设项目的陆续启动,面向不同收入家庭和社会群体的商品房、经济适用房、个人自建房三种供房模式,在安徽省巢湖市初步呈现和谐发展之势。这是巢湖市遵循“堵、疏、管”原则,从根本上治理违法建设的长效之策,也是他们为实现“居者有其屋”目标而实施的惠民之举。日前,巢湖市颁布了《巢湖市经济适用住房管理办法》。《办法》明确规定,收入低于政府公布的本市低收入家庭标准的,无住房或现住房人均建筑面积低于全市人均住房建筑面积的家庭,可以申请购买一套经济适用房。《办法》还规定,市有关部门应根据土地利用总体规划、城市建设总体规划,编制本市经济
