1 生物学特性三色堇(Viola tricolor)为堇菜科,堇菜属多年生草本,在园艺方面常作一二年生而被应用在花坛、切花等广泛栽培。其株高为15～30cm,托叶为椭圆形,且密生,大多数无毛;开花期极长,花色艳丽多彩,花瓣基部、花蜜的贮存处在此生长;柱头呈穴状,花的形态极为特殊。三色堇性喜温凉,耐半荫,能耐-5℃的低温,简单的防寒措施便可露地越冬,华东地区一般需大棚保护栽培。
