为了研究截齿截割煤岩的动态破坏过程,提出采用离散元法进行截齿截割煤岩的仿真分析.根据截割头结构建立了相应的离散元模型,采用二维圆盘颗粒建立了煤岩的离散元模型,通过接触和连接力学模型计算截割过程中的作用力.在此基础上,通过VC++6.0编写了离散元仿真计算程序,借助MFC建立友好的人机交互界面,实现了截齿截割煤岩工作过程的离散元仿真.通过对截割角为45°条件下的截齿截割煤岩进行仿真,结果初步证明了采用离散元法的可行性,为截齿截割过程分析和截齿的优化设计提供了一种新的研究手段.
