高炉进风口水冷套(简称风口)状况的好坏直接影响着高炉的正常生产。延长风口的使用寿命,减少风口漏损而造成的休风是当前高炉设备改进的一个方向。70年代末,上海宝钢引进了日本的贯流式风口,具有良好的性能。我厂自1983年开始试制,经过一年的努力,试制成功了19个贯流式风口,经试用,最长寿命达220天,于1985年通过部级鉴定,并获1988年国家科技进步二等奖。我厂从1987年起正式生产使用贯流式风口,两年多来,给炼铁厂带来了巨大的经济效益。
Blast furnace inlet cooling jacket (referred to as tuyere) the status of a direct impact on the normal production of the blast furnace. To extend the service life of the tuyere, to reduce wind leakage caused by the wind is the blast furnace equipment to improve one direction. In the late 1970s, Shanghai Baosteel introduced the Japanese cross-flow tuyere with good performance. I plant since 1983, trial production, after a year of efforts, trial success of 19 cross-flow outlet, the trial, the longest life expectancy of 220 days, in 1985 through ministerial identification, and won the 1988 National Science and Technology Progress II Award. I plant from 1987 onwards formal use of cross-flow outlet, more than two years to the ironworks has brought tremendous economic benefits.
