患儿:潘××,男性,12岁,因抽搐4次、呕吐2次于1973年11月8日7时半入院。患儿于当天6点半钟突然昏倒,四肢呈强直性痉挛,双眼球上翻固定,每次历时1分钟左右。神智不清,大小便失禁.不发热,无腹泄。送来医院途中及检查时各抽搐1次、呕吐2次,吐出物为食物残渣。在门诊肌注鲁米那钠0.1克,氯丙嗪25毫克后而收入院。追问病史:患儿与家人吵咀,在发病前1小时一次吞服异菸肼48片。过去无类似抽搐史。
